Maybe it's because I love the sea, or because mine is a water sign of the zodiac or maybe just because I think they are beautiful creatures, the fact is that mermaids have always fascinated and inspired me in my creations. The one I have made today was born as my very first experiment on a resin base: yes, I decided to use this (for me)new material and if it wasn't such an enormous task to find the suitable molds(I'm waiting for some of them from China for weeks, a cabochons one taken on Amazon marketplace has returned to the sender because of a slacker courier, others taken on Etsy and sent from more than ten days from Italy have disappeared ... well, daunting!), I had tried long time ago! Unfortunately only three of them arrived, and thank goodness that the girl from whom I have taken them (Petite Molds&Co, as soon as I can I will review her store on the blog) was so kind to give me a base made by herself, so I could immediately work with that!It is a mint green base enriched with golden macro glitter and I thought about a mermaid who would evoke its colors.

A presto!
What about her?
I can not wait to have a little time to create some basis by myself!
See you soon!
