In questi giorni ho avuto un po' di tempo per creare liberamente e, visto che più di un mese fa mi ero dedicata a mettere il progetto su carta, ho finalmente realizzato questi adorabili uccellini dalle codine dondolanti. Qual è il vostro preferito? Io adoro l'espressione del pappagallino bianco, è così dolce!

Se siete degli attenti osservatori avrete notato che dalla sidebar è sparito il riferimento al mio Misshobby: questo perchè lo store è stato sospeso e rimarrà tale visto che non intendo abbonarmi. Vi spiego: quando fui contattata diversi anni fa per aprire un account sul neonato sito mi fu proposto lo store gratuito per sempre(fatte salve eventuali commissioni sulle vendite) mentre ora, all'improvviso e senza neanche avvisarmi, hanno cambiato le carte in tavolta decidendo che, se voglio continuare a tenere aperta l'"esposizione"(perchè, di fatto, per me è solo quello visto che non vendo proprio nulla) devo pagare una certa quota...poco male, per me possono anche chiudere tutto, fortunatamente la rete offre tante alternative (e pure con maggiore visibilità!), per non parlare del fatto che ricevo con una certa frequenza inviti ad unirmi in via del tutto gratuita a piattaforme analoghe pensate per gli artigiani e i creativi e non le ho mai prese in considerazione principalmente per pigrizia e poi perchè di fatto questo per me è poco più di un hobby e non ho mai ritenuto fosse il caso di investire tempo nella progettazione di un nuovo spazio. Bon, diciamo che però la chiusura improvvisa e non comunicata(perchè ho dovuto contattarli io per sapere perchè avessero sospeso la pagina) mi ha lasciata un po' piccata e così ho colto la palla al balzo per approdare su
Bigcartel anche se solo con pochissime creazioni(tra cui i nuovi pappagallini!). Passate a dare uno sguardo, magari prima o poi riesco anche a dare un aspetto accattivante alla pagina, per ora è decisamente spartana ma offre comunque un canale di comunicazione ulteriore che di questi tempi non fa mai male!!!

Let me explain: when I was asked several years ago to open an account on the newborn site, I was offered the free store forever (except for any commissions on sales) while now, suddenly and without warning me, they changed their mind by deciding that, if I want to continue to keep the "exhibition" open (because, in fact, for me it is only about that since I do not sell anything there) I have to pay a certain fee ... never mind, for me they can also close everything, fortunately the network offers so many alternatives (even with greater visibility!), not to mention the fact that I frequently receive invitations to join, completely free of charge, similar platforms designed for artisans and creatives and I have always declined them mainly for laziness and then because this activity is just a beloved hobby for me and I never felt it was appropriate to invest time in the design of a new space. Ok, let's say that the sudden and not communicated closure (because I had to contact them to find out why they had suspended the page) left me a bit disappointed and so I seized the occasion to land on Bigcartel even if only with very few creations (including the new budgies!). Come and take a look, maybe sooner or later I could also give a captivating aspect to the page, for now it is decidedly spartan but still offers a further communication channel that never hurts !!!
