Gingearrings

Gli omini di pan di zenzero sono da sempre uno dei miei soggetti natalizi preferiti. Quest'anno li ho riproposti con un tocco in più, quello dei pigmenti Emerson: ecco a voi i miei luccicosissimi "gingearrings"!

Gingerbread men have always been one of my favorite Christmas subjects. This year I've brought them back with an extra sparkling touch, the one from Emerson pigments: here you are my super glittery "gingearrings"!

Con mia figlia abbiamo finito da poco di goderci la prima stagione della serie di Burton su Wednesday Addams: inutile dire che l'abbiamo adorata, al punto che lei ha iniziato a vestirsi e pettinarsi come Mercoledì e io ho deciso di omaggiarla realizzando dei ciondoli ispirati alla protagonista. Uno la ritrae mentre suona il violoncello, un altro mentre si esibisce in quello che ormai è diventato un balletto virale sui social e l'ultimo nell'iconica posa da Mercoledì. In tutti c'è anche Mano, uno dei personaggi che ho più apprezzato nella serie. My daughter and I just finished enjoying the first season of Burton's Wednesday: needless to say, we adored it, to the point that she started dressing and doing her hair like Wednesday and I decided to make some pendants inspired to the protagonist. One portrays her playing the cello, another while she performs her ballet and the last one in the iconic Wednesday pose. In all of them there is also The Thing, one of the characters I most appreciated in the series.
