Piccole clown

In questi giorni in Italia si festeggia il Carnevale, le strade sono piene di bimbi e adulti mascherati e direi che queste creazioni, sebbene ispirate più al circo che al Carnevale, si adattano perfettamente all'atmosfera che si respira in giro. Mi piacciono molto e sicuramente non saranno le uniche creazioni  a tema circense che vi mostrerò...

In these days in Italy we celebrate Carnival, the streets are full of children and adults all masqued and I think that these creations, although inspired more by the circus than the Carnival, adapt perfectly to the atmosphere you can breathe all around here. I really like them and surely they will not be the only creations with a circus theme I will show you...

Cozy Winter

Stavolta la prima creazione dell'anno è un quadretto, tutto ispirato all'inverno e a come mi piacerebbe viverlo, al calduccio, avvolta da morbide coperte, spaparanzata su soffici cuscini e sorseggiando fumanti tisane(se solo non dovessi uscire alle 6:30 del mattino per andare al lavoro con temperature molto al di sotto dello zero!!!). E a voi cosa piace fare quando fuori fa freddissimo?

The first creation of the year is a scene, all inspired by winter and how I would like to enjoy it, in the warmth, wrapped in fluffy blankets, on soft cushions and sipping steaming teas (if only I didn't have to go out at 6:30 in the morning with polar temperatures to go to work!!!). And what do you like to do when it's freezing outside?

Nel pieno delle vacanze natalizie, felice di riuscire finalmente a dedicarmi con più tranquillità a qualche progetto lasciato in sospeso, vi mando i miei più cari auguri e lo faccio con loro, gli ultimi nati, stavolta corredati dall'idea di partenza(è raro che io riesca a fare uno schizzo più dettagliato di uno scarabocchio su un foglietto volante, in questo caso però mi sono goduta l'intero processo creativo e in particolare la fase del disegno, riuscendo anche ad usare il mio "nuovo" tablet preso allo scopo più di un anno fa ormai): eccovi i miei elfi Natale, cicci e paffutelli, pronti a decorare degli alberi speciali. Vi piacciono?

In the middle of the Christmas holidays, happy to be finally able to dedicate myself to some projects left behind, I send you my best wishes and I do it with them, the latest born ones, this time accompanied by the original sketches (it is rare that I can make a sketch more detailed than a scribble on a flying piece of paper, in this case, however, I enjoyed the whole creative process and in particular the drawing phase, also using my "new" tablet, taken for the purpose more than a year ago): here they are my Christmas elves, chubby and ready to decorate some special trees.
