Una delle poche cose che ricorderò con piacere di questo lungo periodo di reclusione forzata saranno le ore che, anche se per lo più rubate al sonno, sto dedicando a creazioni ispirate ai lavori di artisti che ammiro. One of the few things I will remember with pleasure about this long period of forced confinement will be the hours that, even if mostly stolen from sleep, I am dedicating to creations inspired by the works of artists that I admire. Se vogliamo trovare un po' di buono in questa assurda situazione, posso dire finalmente di avere del tempo da dedicare alle challenge creative come quella proposta da Katia Vendola, alias Petit Kokoli, che ha pubblicato sul suo profilo Instagram un bellissimo disegno sfidandoci a riprodurlo secondo il nostro stile. Io l'ho interpretato così: vi piace la mia streghetta?

If you want to find something good in this absurd situation, I have finally some time for the creative challenges such as the one proposed by Katia Vendola, aka Petit Kokoli, who published a beautiful drawing on her Instagram profile challenging us to reproduce it according to our style. I interpreted it this way, obviously with polymer clay: do you like my little witch?

Bentornata primavera!

In questo clima surreale, costretti a stare in casa per evitare di peggiorare la già critica situazione in cui si trova l'Italia, creare mi dà serenità e mi aiuta a pensare positivo, a credere che davvero tutto andrà bene. 

Proprio perchè non si esce più, l'arrivo della primavera è passato quasi inosservato, eppure quest'anno è uno dei primi, da che io vivo in Abruzzo, in cui davvero sembrano essere arrivati subito sole e caldo insieme a questa splendida stagione. Così, tra le altre, mi sono dedicata ad una creazione per celebrarla ed è nato questo quadretto: una fata dei fiori che risveglia la natura e le sue meraviglie. Che ne dite?

In this surreal atmosphere, forced to stay at home to avoid worsening the italian critical situation, creating gives me serenity and helps me to think positively, to believe that everything will be fine.

Just because you don't go out anymore, the arrival of spring was almost unnoticed, even if this year it seems to be really here with beautiful sunny and warm days. So, among others, I dedicated myself to a creation to celebrate spring and this picture was born: a flower fairy that awakens nature and its wonders. What about her?

In questi giorni in Italia si festeggia il Carnevale, le strade sono piene di bimbi e adulti mascherati e direi che queste creazioni, sebbene ispirate più al circo che al Carnevale, si adattano perfettamente all'atmosfera che si respira in giro. Mi piacciono molto e sicuramente non saranno le uniche creazioni  a tema circense che vi mostrerò...

In these days in Italy we celebrate Carnival, the streets are full of children and adults all masqued and I think that these creations, although inspired more by the circus than the Carnival, adapt perfectly to the atmosphere you can breathe all around here. I really like them and surely they will not be the only creations with a circus theme I will show you...
