Buon anno!!!

Oggi è il primo giorno dell'anno e ho voluto inaugurarlo anche sul blog sperando sia di buon auspicio. 

L'anno appena passato è stato abbastanza difficile, per tutti, credo. La situazione generale ha smorzato la mia voglia di creare, ha risucchiato tutte le mie energie; mentre nel 2020 il lockdown mi ha regalato tempo per dedicarmi alle mie creazioni che ho sfruttato piena di entusiasmo, sicura che presto l'incubo sarebbe finito, il 2021 mi ha lasciata spiazzata, delusa, demotivata. 

Ecco, il mio augurio è che il 2022 mi sorprenda e ci sorprenda tutti, mi regali nuovamente tanta voglia di fare e creare, ci riporti alla vita impegnata di una volta, piena di incontri, viaggi, abbracci.

Vi faccio i miei auguri con questa nuova creazione terminata proprio ieri: tre piccoli elfi da appendere, con gambe e braccia dondolanti. Questi elfetti sono talmente affezionati alle loro campanelle da non mollarle mai, neanche per dormire! 

Vi mostro anche lo schizzo di partenza: a me diverte molto vedere come evolvono le mie creazioni nel passaggio dalla carta alla pasta, spero quindi possa farvi piacere sbirciare anche i miei scarabocchi ogni tanto.

Buon anno, miei cari, che il 2022 sia pieno di gioia e serenità per tutti!

Today is the first day of the year and I wanted to inaugurate it on the blog too, hoping it to be a good omen. The past year has been quite difficult for everyone, I think. The general situation has dampened my desire to create, it has sucked up all my energies; while in 2020 the lockdown gave me time for my creations that I exploited full of enthusiasm, sure the nightmare would soon be over, 2021 left me confused, disappointed, unmotivated.

So, my wish is that 2022 will surprise us all, giving me again a great desire to do and create, bringing us back to the busy life of the past, full of meetings, travels, hugs.

I offer you my best wishes with this new creation finished just yesterday: three little elves to hang, with swinging legs and arms. These elves are so attached to their bells that they never leave them, not even to sleep!

I also show you the starting sketch: it amuses me a lot to see how my creations evolve in the transition from paper to clay, so I hope you will be pleased to take a look at my scribbles every now and then.
